February Goals

Here are my February Habits I am creating:

Serving of fruit everyday
1 raw meal
eat every 3 hours
64+oz water

Yoga 3+ times weekly
Gym 3+ times weekly


Mental: Read out of the Harvard Classics
Emotional: Donna Eden's Daily Energy Routine
Spiritual: Morning Scripture and Prayer
